Gender Equality Plan

BANATRIA has voluntarily adopted a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for 2026–2028. The plan embeds equal treatment and equal opportunities in how we recruit, organise our work and make decisions, and in the design of our research and innovation activities.
It is built around three pillars: systematic work on equality, an inclusive and safe organisational culture, and the gender dimension in research and innovation.
Approved by the Sole Director on 3 November 2026. In force until 31 December 2028.
